The resort's signature restaurant, Brasserie S&P, is located on the ground floor and serves the brand's signature Power Breakfast as well as lunch and dinner fare. Menu highlights include an heirloom tomato, watermelon, and burrata salad; tuna tartare with an avocado mint puree; an ancho chili crab cake; seared tuna on red quinoa with cranberries and confi tomato jam; rib-eye steak with hen of the woods mushrooms and fingerling tomatoes; and grilled rack of lamb with tri-color cauliflower and roasted carrots. Dessert dishes include passion fruit crème brulee with kiwi and toasted coconut, chocolate cake with balsamic strawberries, butterscotch pot de crème, and an artisan cheese selection.
