The classic sangria gets a makeover with Gramona Gran Imperial cava, one of the best Catalan cavas.
In a white wine glass or flute, combine ½ ounce each of Cointreau, brandy, and Martini Rosso. With a pestle, squeeze pieces of fruit (based on preference) of lemon, lime, green and black grapes, and orange to enhance the flavor of the liquor. Next, add 2 teaspoons of sugar. Spritz with 7-Up or Sprite (or orange juice for more fruit) and slowly fill the rest of the glass with cava. Garnish with a cinnamon stick. Serve with 2 straws.
