Philly's Vernick is hosting chef Jamie Bissonnette for a special nose-to-tail dinner celebrating the release of the latter's new book, The New Charcuterie Cookbook. The feast begins with hors d'oeuvres and includes a copy of the book, and there's an optional beverage pairing available for another $35.

London Grill and Paris Wine Bar are the setting for two different shows during the Philly Fringe Fest, and in its honor, Chef Terry Berch McNally is offering a special FringeArts Menu. With dishes ranging from $8-$15 (think grilled watermelon with beets and goat cheese and "squid a la plancha," chorizo, tomato confit and squid ink), the deal runs through the festival, and diners with a valid Fringe Fest ticket get 15% off.
