Celebrate local produce with some menu additions at Chestnut Hill's Iron Hill Brewery. The options are made using seasonal goods from nearby Weavers Way Farm at Saul Agricultural High School and Awbury Arboretum, and could include delectable-sounding dishes such as grilled octopus with kale, tomato and beans; pan-seared Chilean sea bass with turnips, bok choy and pea shoots; and pan-roasted salmon with collard greens and fingerling potatoes.
