Las Vegas may be known for its many fine dining restaurants, but sometimes all you want is a good sandwich to sink your teeth into. In honor of National Sandwich Month, CBS Las Vegas has rounded up five of the best places in town to get a sandwich. From a celebrity chef restaurant best known for its pastries and Italian fare to a deli famous for its overstuffed sandwiches, these five eateries serve some of the tastiest sandwiches in town. One bite and taste buds will agree: these sandwiches aren't anything like what mom used to make.

Priced at $15 and available from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. daily, the chicken BLT comes with chicken breast, crisp prosciutto, avocado, lettuce, tomato and basil aioli served on grilled Italian bread and a Caesar salad topped with the restaurant's signature polenta croutons. Just like everything else on the menu, the scrumptious sandwich is sure to please. Other sandwich selections include the smashed meatball sub ($15), the Hoboken cheesesteak ($14) and the Angus burger ($15).
