Get inside the mind of a Top Chef. Or at least read his tweets. Nicholas Elmi was the Season 11 winner of Bravo's hit show "Top Chef," and he's also the owner/executive chef of South Philly's Laurel Restaurant BYOB. In addition to getting a peek at what happens behind the scenes and just general entertainment from Chef Elmi, you'll also be among the first to know about any reservation openings. Considering that tables are currently in such high demand that you need to make reservations a few months in advance, this alone is worth a spot on your Twitter feed.
