New Belgium Brewing Company may be the most famous of the microbreweries in Fort Collins, maybe even Colorado, and it is the third largest micro-brewery in the nation. Fat Tire, its most well-known brew, started it all, but now the employee-owned brewing company has expanded to numerous styles, flavors and seasonal recipes. Its year-round brews include Fat Tire, 1554, Blue Paddle, Sunshine Wheat, Shift, Belgo IPA, Ranger IPA, Trippel and Abbey. The brewery tour is a must see for both those visiting the area and residents alike.

Known for 90 Shilling or its Easy Street Wheat, Odell takes each beer very seriously, and encourages its patrons to do the same. Year-round brews include 90 Shilling, Easy Street Wheat, Levity, Amber Ale, 5 Barrel Path Ale, IPA, Cutthroat Porter and more seasonal selections.
