In fact, 25 tons of gelato are spun at Jean Philippe Patisserie inside ARIA each year. Formerly known as Pizza Lounge, the name isn't the only thing that's changed recently at this Summerlin eatery. In June, it began serving gelato from Italcream Inc., the first gelato factory in the state of Nevada. Four flavors are currently available—vanilla, chocolate, strawberry and a rotating flavor—with the gelato priced at $5 for a scoop in a cup. Dig in!

Known for its stunning indoor patio, this popular Italian restaurant boasts several flavors of gelato made fresh daily by its pastry chef, Hank Sbraccia.
