TOP FOOD AND WINE PROS GATHER AT LE CORDON BLEU LAS VEGAS FOR ULTIMATE FOOD & WINE EXTRAVAGANZA

The International Food & Beverage Forum is hosting its annual Hall of Fame Summit, which features internationally renowned food and wine professionals. The summit takes place Nov 14-16

 

The International Food & Beverage Hall of Fame Summit will offer Las Vegas food and wine enthusiasts the opportunity of a lifetime on Nov. 14-16. Internationally renowned food & beverage executives, Master Chefs and celebrity Winemakers will gather for can't miss events featuring some of the world's best food and wine. This annual event raises scholarship funds for hospitality students.

Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts Las Vegas will host exciting events throughout the summit, including the Las Vegas Grand Gourmet Wine Safari. At this event, eight Master Chefs will prepare their favorite appetizers, and each dish will be paired with four wines from different areas of the world. The Wine Safari features international chefs and five local Las Vegas chefs, including Richard Schneider, Chef Instructor at Le Cordon Bleu Las Vegas and Maria Perry, Executive Chef & Owner at Bootlegger's Bistro in Las Vegas.

A live charity auction will also take place during the summit's three evening events. Auction items include fine wines, stays in luxury hotels and dinners at top restaurants. Proceeds will benefit students at Le Cordon Bleu Las Vegas.
