Teen Commits Arson Because The Restaurant He Went To Was Closed
A teenage boy who had a craving for some curry one night was so upset to discover the restaurant was closed that he decided to light it on fire. Predictably, he has since been arrested for arson.
According to Rocket News 24, four fires were started after midnight on January 2 in Osaka, Japan, and for a while police were stumped as to who could have set them. This week police announced that they had arrested a suspect, and it's a 16-year-old boy who has a part-time job in the area. When asked why he had started the fires, the suspect said that he had gone to a curry restaurant to eat some curry, but when he got there the restaurant was closed. Then he was so angry that he used his lighter to start a fire at a car dealership, then at a restaurant storehouse.
Two other fires were started the same night at nearby apartment complexes, but those have not yet officially been pinned on the young man.
