Steal A Celebrity Diet

Though they may lead glamorous lives, a number of Hollywood's most popular celebrities actually have less sophisticated tastebuds. Stars don't always stick to a rigid diet; they know when to indulge in the foods they love. Here we explain the benefits of their go-to grub, ones that can be enjoyed by both A-listers and average college students alike.

1. Beyonce: Green Beans and Popeye's

While Beyonce has become an icon for her knockout voice and equally impressive body, her food preferences are less intimidating than her superstar status. According to The Daily Meal, the singer is partial to her mom Tina's green beans and to anything and everything fried. She apparently has made requests for Popeye's chicken and biscuits on-set! Green beans are rich in Vitamins K and C and are also an important source of daily fiber. Popeye's is a greasy indulgence, but Beyonce definitely deserves it.

2. Hugh Jackman: Hot Dogs and Coffee

Actor Hugh Jackman may play Wolverine on-screen, but in real life he's only slightly as carnivorous. Jackman confessed to Food & Wine magazine his love of hot dogs and coffee. The latter contains high levels of antioxidants, promotes proper brain function and increases metabolism. Hot dogs have their benefits too: they offer much-needed sustenance for a long, festive college game day.

3. Jennifer Aniston: Mexican Food

Though the actress is known for her clean eating habits, she claims Mexican food is her weakness. In an interview with Stylist magazine, she said her last meal on earth would consist of "chips and guacamole, quesadillas, enchiladas, a big tostada salad and nachos." Avocado, guacamole's primary ingredient, is loaded with Vitamin E and healthy unsaturated fats. Calorie-rich enchiladas are normally stuffed with chicken, beef or cheese and may not be the healthiest option, but they are certainly seriously delicious. Mexican fare serves as an excellent comfort/post-breakup food; let's be real—it's probably a big reason Jen could get over Brad.

4. Bradley Cooper: Bread, Meat and Cheese

Named the Sexiest Man Alive in 2011, actor Bradley Cooper usually works out and sticks to a 2,000-calorie diet. But Cooper, who calls himself a "huge salty-carb guy," told People magazine he likes to snack on mozzarella, dried meats and French and Italian bread. Cheese is high in calcium, which promotes teeth and bone strength, and in protein, which keeps you energized and full. Though carb-dense foods like bread are always best enjoyed in moderation, they are still to be enjoyed. Plus, if the Sexiest Man Alive eats it, we clearly ought to join him.
