Snackshot of the Day: Maryland Crabs
The Daily Meal's editors, contributors, and readers dig into some pretty great restaurants, festivals, and meals. There's not always enough time to give a full review of a restaurant or describe in depth why a place, its food, and the people who prepare it are noteworthy, so Snackshot of the Day does what photographs do best, rely on the image to do most of the talking.
Today's Snackshot is of crabs. One of our favorite East Coast foods is crabs from Maryland. They're always fresh and delicious, and who doesn't like a good challenge? Food tastes better when you have to work for it. Don't be intimidated by the thought of trying to get the crabmeat out — it's easier than you might think, and there are plenty of instructions out there to help you.
