River Life Covenant Church, located in the downtown area, has a weekly email and it streams its sermons online. It has a Meals and Serving Ministry, consisting of approximately 40 volunteers, who go where the need is. Some of the services the group does is take a hot meal to families facing a crisis or a new baby. The group can also help with shopping, give a ride or help clean up. The focus is having a willing, loving heart, a smile, and a willingness to pray for those in need. The men's group, Band of Brothers, has quarterly social gatherings, a spring retreat, Bible Studies and discipleship groups.
