Worth Going Out Of The Way!

I travel back and forth between SW Michigan and Chicago frequently for work, and I always get off of the Skyway early to stop here.  Stopped yesterday and got smoked Lake Trout and Smoked Garlic Pepper Salmon.  Unbelieveable!
