The Bitter Fortune establishes the foundation for the following two cocktails. Bitter Fortune features Tanqueray No. Ten, Aperol, rhubarb liqueur, pink grapefruit, lime, and peach bitters.
The second cocktail, the Golden Mare, takes the Bitter Fortune to whole different dimension using Mediterranean herbs, rosemary, and basil, to shadow Ling Ling Mykonos. Last but certainly not least, the Chilli Coupette, is inspired by the aromatic spices of Morocco such as cardamom and chili to stimulate a sense of Marrakech.
Hakkasan was founded over a decade ago and is one of the world’s most renowned restaurants. It’s known for its contemporary twist on traditional Cantonese cuisine. Hakkasan has expanded globally and now holds a collection of a dozen restaurants across North America, Asia, the United Arab Emirates, and Europe.
