Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound ground turkey or chicken
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon diced onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • chopped lettuce
  • 1 small tomato, sliced
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 large zucchini, sliced into quarter-inch thick circles
Directions
  1. Combine ground meat, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, and paprika, and form quarter-inch small burger patties.
  2. Heat oil in pan or skillet, add patties and cook about 10 min until well done on both sides.
  3. Place zucchini slices on a grill (for grill marks) or pan for 2 minutes and set aside to dry.
  4. Assemble sliders by placing one patty on a zucchini slice, add lettuce and tomato slice, and finish with another zucchini slice on top.
  5. Add additional toppings to your sliders like avocado, mushrooms, or onions.
