Zucchini and Walnut Brownies

These microwavable zucchini- and walnut-based brownies take out a lot of unnecessary (and unhealthy) sugar. They’re simple, tasty, and perfect to split with your Valentine.

Ingredients

  • 2 brownies, such as Medifast Brownie Soft Bakes
  • 1/3 Cup shredded zucchini
  • 2/3 Ounces chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 Cup water

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large microwave safe baking dish.

Microwave for five minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
