Create a rich and flavorful vegan chili with a blend of tasty beans, vegetables, and spices.
In large pot melt oil on medium heat. Add onions garlic and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add bell pepper and tomato and cook another 1-2 minutes. Add cayenne, chili, cilantro. Add broth, water and beans. Bring to gentle dinner and cook uncovered 25 minutes. Add kale, cook another 5 minutes. Serve. Salt & pepper to taste.
