Toasted Almond & Vanilla Arancini
This clever ice cream dish uses Breyers' vanilla ice cream to mimic a classic savory Italian dish: arancini.

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoon whole unsalted almonds or hazelnuts, chopped, and toasted
- 1 tablespoon amoretti cookies,toasted and crushed
- 1/2 cup breyers' natural vanilla ice cream
Directions
- Scoop the ice cream and place on a baking sheet to harden in the freezer for 10 minutes. Next, mix toasted, chopped nuts and amoretti cookies together in a bowl. Dredge the frozen ice cream balls in nut/cookie mixture and refreeze for another five minutes before serving.
