Ingredients
- nonstick cooking spray
- 12 slices bacon, such as farmland applewood smoked or honey and maple bacon
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 4 8-inch flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoon applesauce
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
- Cook the bacon according to package directions, then drain any excess fat. Combine the sugar and cinnamon, mixing thoroughly.
- Brush the melted butter on both sides of each tortilla, then coat with the cinnamon sugar on both sides.
- Place 3 slices of the bacon and 2 teaspoons of the applesauce on one edge of a tortilla. Roll up and place seam-side down in the prepared pan. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
- Bake until the sugar mixture is bubbly, 12 to 16 minutes. Cut the tortilla roll-ups in half before serving. Serve warm.
