Spiced Watermelon Juice Recipe

Watermelon is actually packed with lycopene, almost twice that of a tomato. It increases metabolism, and is loaded with vitamins A and C.

Ingredients

  • the flesh from 1 watermelon
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and coarsely chopped
  • juice from one lime
  • chipotle powder or fennel, to taste (optional)

Directions

In a blender, combine the ingredients until incorporated. Add spices as desired.
