Rich honey mixes with earthy sage for a cocktail that tastes and smells just like the crisp cool air.
Muddle four pieces of strawberry and clap 3 pieces of sage in a cocktail shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients and shake well. Double strain and serve with a lemon wheel garnish and sprig of sage.
