- 2 Tablespoons canola oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (12-ounce) can SPAM Classic, cut into cubes
- 2 Cups green beans, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
- 4 Cups chilled cooked rice
- 3 eggs, whisked
- 1/4 Cup soy sauce
- 1 Pinch of salt
Step 1: In a wok or deep frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons oil over high heat. Add 1 finely chopped onion and cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until translucent.
Step 2: Add 2 cloves minced garlic; stir-fry for 30 seconds longer.
Step 3: Add 1 can cubed SPAM Classic; cook for 3 minutes longer.
Step 4: Add 2 cups sliced green beans to wok; stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes or until tender.
Step 5: Add 4 cups cooked rice; cook, stirring, for 3 to 4 minutes longer or until heated thoroughly.
Step 6: Add 3 whisked eggs, 1/4 cup soy sauce and a pinch of salt; mix well. Remove from the heat and serve immediately.
