Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounce montelobos mezcal
- 3/4 ounce simple syrup
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- 1/4 ounce aperol
- 3 drops brooklyn hemispherical rhubarb bitters
- 1 small egg white
- 1 1/2 ounce fresh grapefruit juice
Directions
- Dry shake the egg white, add other ingredients and shake with ice. Serve in a martini glass.
