These roasted potatoes are simple, and easy to make. They create the perfect side dish for any holiday roast.

Ingredients

For the Potatoes

  • 16 small new red potatoes, unpeeled
  • 3 Tablespoons butter, cubed
  • 1 Teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon garlic powder
  • Black pepper

Directions

For the Potatoes

Combine potatoes, butter, paprika, salt, garlic powder, and pepper in a Crock-Pot. Stir to blend. Cover and cook on love for 7 hours or on high for 4 hours.
