Rum & Port Cobbler
In honor of National Cocktail Day today, here is a rum and port cobbler recipe from the British Virgin Islands that'll taste like you're on a beach in the Caribbean.

- 1 1/2 Ounce Mount Gay Black rum
- 1 Ounce Ruby Port
- 1/2 Ounce sugar syrup
- 2 Wedges lemon
- 1 Wedge orange
Muddle lemon, orange and sugar syrup in a rocks glass.
Fill with ice then pour in rum and port.
Stir and pull everything through the ice.
Garnish with orange wheel & sprig of thyme.
