Rosé cocktails are the new rosé... It’s that rosé time of year. Usually we just chill our pinks, simply pouring them on their own as refreshing aperitifs or as partners for seafood, charcuterie, salads, or fresh fruit.

Take your rosé up a notch and enjoy it in some delicious cocktails.  We’ve done the work for you, so enjoy this Rosé Cooler with elderflower syrup, rose water, soda water, and lemon. Whether it’s a rooftop gathering, backyard bbq, or a weekend in the Hamptons, here’s a way to incorporate everyone’s favorite pink beverage into a delicious drink.

Calories Per Serving


  • 2 Ounces vodka, such as Hangar 1 Straight Vodka
  • 1 Ounce rosé wine
  • 1 Teaspoon elderflower syrup
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoon rose water
  • 4 Ounces soda water
  • 1/2 lemon


Pour 2 ounces of vodka over ice in a glass. Add rosé wine, elderflower syrup, rose water, and fresh-squeezed lemon juice. Top with soda water and stir.
