Ingredients
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup soaked then rinsed cashews
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1/4 teaspoon himalayan salt
  • 4 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 4 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder
Directions
  1. Combine the dough ingredients into a food processor and mix until consistency is thick.
  2. Place the dough into a 3-inch silicon doughnut mold, then put in freezer.
  3. Mix the melted coconut oil with the maple syrup and vanilla powder.
  4. Remove doughnut from the freezer and dip into the glaze.
