Ingredients
  • 1 giant marshmallow
  • 1 jumbo marshmallow
  • 1 miniature marshmallow
  • chocolate candies, for decoration
  • candy eyes
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 cup milk
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 pinch of kosher salt
  • whipped cream, for garnish
Directions
  1. Cut giant marshmallow in half.
  2. Cut jumbo marshmallow into thirds. Discard top and bottom piece, leaving only the middle piece that is sticky on both sides.
  3. Cut 1 miniature marshmallow in half.
  4. Place the giant marshmallow sticky side up on a flat surface.
  5. Add the halved jumbo marshmallow to the center, sticky side up.
  6. Add chocolate candy nose.
  7. Add candy eyes.
  8.   9. Heat ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until chocolate is melted and mixture begins to steam.
  10. Heat just until hot, then serve.
  11. Add whipped cream and top with polar bear marshmallow.
