For a completely romantic and deliciously bubbly cocktail, try serving your Valentine this sweet drink. It has just the right amount of fizz and class to make it a perfect addition to your romantic meal.

Ingredients

1 raw sugar cube
1 ounce bitters, such as bittermens boston bitters (or grapefruit bitters)
2 ounce chilled rose, such as lillet rose
2 ounce chilled champagne
grapefruit twist

Directions

Build like a classic Champagne cocktail: Add the sugar cube to the bottom of a coupe glass and soak sugar just through with Boston bitters. Pour Lillet rosé over sugar cube and top with Champagne. Garnish with grapefruit twist.
