Add coconut water and take out any added sugar and you have a low-cal Piña Colada without the "sticky, sugary coconut-y mess," says cocktail guru John Henderson of The Happiest Hour tiki bar in New York.

Ingredients
- 1 part coconut rum (like sugar island coconut rum)
- 1/2 teaspoon orange marmalade
- 2 cube fresh pineapple
- 2 part coconut water
- splash soda water
- sliced pineapple for garnish
Directions
- Muddle pineapple well in a shaker, and add remaining ingredients and shake until frothy. Strain into a highball glass over ice. Top with a splash of soda and garnish with a fresh slice of pineapple.
