Ingredients

  • 1 part coconut rum (like sugar island coconut rum)
  • 1/2 teaspoon orange marmalade
  • 2 cube fresh pineapple
  • 2 part coconut water
  • splash soda water
  • sliced pineapple for garnish

Directions

  1. Muddle pineapple well in a shaker, and add remaining ingredients and shake until frothy. Strain into a highball glass over ice. Top with a splash of soda and garnish with a fresh slice of pineapple.
