Peanut Butter And Chocolate Chip Fluffernutter Cookie

  • 1 14-ounce tub just cookie dough peanut butter & chocolate chip
  • 1/2 cup miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup miniature marshmallows
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line 2 baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside
  2. Scoop the Just Cookie Dough Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chip into a bowl. Fold in the chocolate chips until fully combined
  3. Roll 2 tablespoons cookie dough into a ball. Flatten the ball and place 2 marshmallows in the middle and encase the dough around the marshmallows. Place the cookie dough ball on the parchment-lined baking sheet. Repeat this process, keeping about 2 inches between the cookies on the baking sheet
  4. Bake for 15–18 minutes until cookies are golden brown and puffy. Carefully flatten the cookies with the back a spatula or wooden spoon
  5. Let cool on a wired rack
