2 ounce vodka, such as absolut elyx
1/2 ounce apple brandy, such as calvados
2 1/2 ounce pear juice
2 1/2 ounce lapsang souchong tea
1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 ounce sugar syrup
pear essence, as garnish
dried lemon slice, as garnish

Directions

Shake and strain into copper pineapple over cubed ice. Cap with crushed ice and garnish.
