Ingredients

  • 2 ounce vodka, such as absolut elyx
  • 1/2 ounce apple brandy, such as calvados
  • 2 1/2 ounce pear juice
  • 2 1/2 ounce lapsang souchong tea
  • 1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 ounce sugar syrup
  • pear essence, as garnish
  • dried lemon slice, as garnish

Directions

  1. Shake and strain into copper pineapple over cubed ice. Cap with crushed ice and garnish.
