One-Bowl Brownies

Just spying a box of BAKER’S baking chocolate might bring back nostalgic memories of mom mixing brownie batter in the kitchen. The brand has been around since 1790, and with every box of individually wrapped chocolate pieces comes a one-bowl dessert recipe. The most famous, however, is the one-bowl brownies recipe that takes just 15 minutes to prepare.

Brownie Shopping Tip

There are so many varieties of chocolate on the shelves today it can be overwhelming to pick one – as a general rule of thumb, the fewer the ingredients, the better the chocolate.

Brownie Cooking Tip

Think beyond cakes and pies – fruits like peaches, pineapple, and figs are excellent grilled – brush with melted butter or wine and sprinkle with sugar and spices for a dessert that you can feel good about.
