2 ounce absolut elyx
2 ounce passion fruit purée or fresh pulp
1 ounce fresh pineapple juice
1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
1 ounce agave syrup
2 pinch of cayenne pepper
2 kaffir lime leaves
dried whole chile pepper, for garnish
passion fruit, for garnish

Directions

Muddle kaffir lime leaves, add other ingredients. Shake and strain into copper pineapple over cubed ice. Cap with crushed ice and garnish.
