Ingredients

  • 2 ounce absolut elyx
  • 2 ounce passion fruit purée or fresh pulp
  • 1 ounce fresh pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 ounce agave syrup
  • 2 pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 2 kaffir lime leaves
  • dried whole chile pepper, for garnish
  • passion fruit, for garnish

Directions

  1. Muddle kaffir lime leaves, add other ingredients. Shake and strain into copper pineapple over cubed ice. Cap with crushed ice and garnish.
