  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 3 Tablespoons olive brine
  • 3 Tablespoons horseradish
  • 3 Tablespoons hot sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons spicy mustard
  • 3 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 shot of vodka
  • 2 Cups vegetable juice


In a pan, roast a red, green, and yellow pepper until charred. Remove seeds. Blend together 3 tbsp. each of olive brine, horseradish, hot sauce, spicy mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. In a tall glass of ice, add 1 shot of vodka, 1 cup of pepper mixture, and 2 cups of vegetable juice.
