Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup oats, such as crushed Nairn’s Oatmeal Grahams (gluten-free, non-GMO project verified whole grain oats)
  • 2/3 Cups water
  • 1/2 Cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon flax meal
  • Mangos, blueberries, brown sugar, coconut flakes, for tasting

Directions

Combine in bowl and let refrigerate overnight.
