Oh, the fizz. A delicious cocktail that is often intimidating to amatuer bartenders due to that egg white, which provides the frothy top. But the effort is worth it. With a hit of sweetness and a tart bite, this cocktail hits all the right notes. Gin-maker Boodles produced the first mulberry gin in America and releases it around Christmastime every year. This limited-time liquor offers a unique flavor to this and many other classic cocktails.

Ingredients
  • 1.5 ounce boodles mulberry gin
  • .75 ounce lemon juice
  • .75 ounce simple syrup
  • .5 ounce bitters
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 orange wedge
  • soda water
Directions
  1. Combine gin, juice, simple syrup, bitter herbal liqueur and egg white in a shaker without ice and dry shake. Then add ice and shake until very cold. Serve over fresh ice in a Collins glass and top with soda.
