“Frittatas originally hail from Italy (roughly translated, frittata means ‘fried’), and they’re the perfect mini-meal to make with active preschoolers who are interested in cooking.”
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 Cup whole milk
- 1/4 Teaspoon salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon pepper
- 4 Ounces chopped ham
- 1/4 Cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray a 12-cup cupcake pan or muffin tin with cooking spray.
Whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together.
Stir the ham and cheese into the egg mixture.
Spoon the mixture into the pan, filling each cup three quarters full.
Bake for 8–10 minutes, until the frittatas are fluffy and cooked through.
Carefully remove the frittatas from their cups with a spatula.
Serve warm and enjoy!
