Mexican Street Corn
Brush grilled corn with a creamy mayo sauce featuring the robust taste of McCormick Original Taco Seasoning Mix. Sprinkle with Cotija cheese and enjoy!

- 3/4 Cups mayonnaise
- 1 Package McCormick Taco Seasoning Mix
- 1/2 Teaspoon fresh lime juice
- 8 Ears fresh corn, husks and silk strands removed
Mix mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of the Seasoning Mix and lime juice in small bowl. Cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Brush corn lightly with oil. Sprinkle remaining Seasoning Mix evenly over corn.
Grill over medium-high heat 10 minutes or until corn is tender and lightly charred, turning occasionally.
Spread mayonnaise mixture over corn. Serve immediately.
