With two preparation options, this matcha avocado smoothie can double as a latte during the colder months. Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- ¼ of an avocado
- 2 teaspoon matcha
- 1 serving vanilla-flavored vegan protein, such as vanilla vega one™ nutritional shake
- a few drops of peppermint extract
Directions
- Hot: Warm almond milk. Blend with ingredients until frothy.
- Cold: Add ice and blend until smooth.
