- 1 large carrot, shredded
- 1/4 cabbage, shredded
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 scallion, sliced into thin rounds
- 1/8 Cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 Cup sesame oil
- 1 Cup rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon honey
Combine shredded carrots, cucumber, cabbage, and scallions.
Combine sesame oil, wine vinegar, and honey; mix until combined.
Fill droppers with sesame dressing.
Fill cups or bowls with salad along with one dressing dropper for guest to add as desired.
