Ingredients
- 1 salmon fillet
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- zest of 1 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- fresh thyme
- kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper
Directions
- Pre-heat the broiler on high, placing the oven rack close to the top of the oven.
- Season salmon with olive oil, zest, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper. Lay the fillet skin-side down on a foil-lined baking sheet or pan.
- Cook for about 5-6 minutes, or until firm and opaque.
