Kiwi-Watermelon and Peach Ice Pop

a beautiful trifecta of colors and flavors
Kiwi, Watermelon, Peach Ice Pops

Recipe Courtesy of Natalie J. Claire

These ice pops are just as delicious as they are beautiful, and with only 3 ingredients, this is a simple dessert that you can make the day before. Watermelon and peach represent the best flavors summer has to offer, and the addition of kiwi elevates transports this light dessert to the tropics. Pop one out of your freezer, sit down on your couch, and pretend you're at the beach.

Ingredients

For the Ice Pops

  • 2 Kiwis, blended
  • 1 Cup peach juice
  • 1 Cup watermelon, diced, blended

Directions

For the Ice Pops

Blend kiwis into a pourable liquid and pour evenly into popsicle holders so the liquid reaches a third of the way up the popsicle mold.

Blend one cup diced watermelon and pour on top of kiwi so that liquid reaches half way up the popsicle mold.

Put popsicles in freezer so that the kiwi-watermelon layer solidifies, around 2-3 hours

Pull out popsicle mold and fill remaining space with peach juice and freeze over night
