This ice cream float is as pretty as it is delicious. With bright yellow slices of SunGold kiwi and creamy vanilla ice cream, it’s the perfect summertime treat. If you can’t find SunGold kiwi, you can use the more common green variety; it'll still complement the ginger beer and ice cream perfectly.
- 1 SunGold kiwifruit, sliced
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1 bottle ginger beer
Slice the kiwifruit and arrange it in a glass. Then scoop the ice cream and place it in the glass as well.
Pour ginger beer over the ice cream and serve.
