Kate’s Kona Bowl
Contributor

Inspired by her Ironman race (one of many) in Kona, Hawaii, this açaí bowl swaps low-cal maple water for more caloric and too-sweet coconut water or apple juice.

This recipe is provided by created by Kate Weiler, co-founder of DRINKmaple, cookbook author, and sports nutritionist.
