  • 2 Ounces vodka, such as Absolut Elyx
  • 1 Ounce dry vermouth
  • 2 Ounces pomegranate juice
  • 1 Ounce carrot juice
  • 1 Ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3/4 Ounces vanilla syrup
  • 1/2 Ounce beet juice
  • 1/2 Ounce freshly squeezed orange juice
  • carrot flower, as garnish

Directions

Shake and strain into copper pineapple over cubed ice. Cap with crushed ice and garnish.
