A nice piece of bruschetta is an elegant way to start a meal. The traditional way to make bruschetta is to rub slices of grilled bread with garlic and top it with chopped tomatoes, olive oil, salt, and balsamic vinegar. This recipe calls for hard boiled eggs, roasted red peppers, and arugula to boost the flavor of this Italian classic.
